My husband and I dropped by on a Sunday wanting to only test drive a model/trim we were planning on shopping around for. Justin was super knowledgeable and friendly and made it his goal to find us a car that checked all our boxes. He was also very transparent about what to avoid, which we appreciated! We ended up finding a better model/trim than we were originally expecting. They were very easy to work with and gave us a great deal on both the new car and the trade in I had. I never expected we could find exactly what we wanted within our budget that met all the specs we were looking for but we were pleasantly surprised and glad we didn’t have to drive out of the area. On another note, I accidentally left my front license plate on my trade in. The plate has been with me for 12+ years and a the majority of the cars I’ve owned. Several days passed and they still had the plate and made it so easy for me to go pick it up. 10/10 experience

Had recall on our 2020 Telluride, they were able to fix two that day and had to order a part for future visit. Service was great, answered a few questions I had and was able to look at some other issues the vehicle had going on at no additional cost. I would recommend going here for service in the future. Wait time was little over 2 hours, stayed at their waiting area ( friendly and comfortable).

Josh and Kevin absolutely did the best! We have three little kids and Josh was able to help us get through most of everything over the phone so we didn’t have to come in. And when we did come in Josh and Kevin were so patient with us and our babies! Josh showed us everything in the car so we knew what was what. They worked so well with our schedule to get us the car! We’ve already told 2 people about them to come get cars!!! Let’s just say I’m IN LOVE with my new mom car!

It was a pleasure to work with Shane and the entire team at A & B from start to finish. They all made the process a breeze and I couldn’t be happier with my Kia Sorento. I would recommend A & B to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle!

So I’m sure as some of us we have been to a few car dealerships that from the experience you had from the last one you dread going to the next as I had in mind walking into A&B…Bobby our salesman literally paid attention to the type and style vehicle I walked up too and said everytime that I liked keep in mind I had no idea that I was doing so the only thing I knew was they was a Kia! He took his time and wrote down several cars that we had an option to purchase We picked one and in mind thinking there’s no way we will be able to get approved an as Bobby walked away his words were “ There’s not to many times he has seen where they couldn’t get someone approved”! Sure enough he comes back not even 10 mins later with the amazing news that we was able to get the car that we wanted!!! As Brian did our paperwork he didn’t once make it feel as though he was just talking to the man of the house (although I know very little when it comes too all the percentages or how Gap insurance works) as if woman don’t understand there wasn’t a worker in that building that I could say a bad thing about they made us feel as if we have known them since our childhood and I would 120% recommend if you’re looking for a new or lightly used car this should be your 1st stop!!!
