I saw alot of Opinions positive and negative, I can't speak for all but for me I had my engine swapped and the quote was very close to actual cost. No problems here.

My friend is so excited! She just purchased a 2019 Buick Encore. Ask for Dwight. He was courteous and very knowledgeable about each car offered. He also held an umbrella-- because it was raining. Another exciting day for a sale at A &B Kia!!

Positive experience, but not perfect.I actually really enjoyed the store, however I wanted a used vehicle, not a new one. And the sales staff kept pushing me to buy a used one. My old car (1999 Chevy Malibu) was on its last leg, so my husband and I decided a trade in was the best answer. It smoked all the semis out on the interstate from our house in Ohio to the dealership. They gave us top dollar for it, and actually found us a used Kia sorento, 2011 they just took in on trade the day before.... More

After a not so good experience several years ago at a&b… we told a salesman that we were looking into an older wrangler but wanted to look around. We saw a newer Grand Cherokee that we liked and were looking inside when the salesman comes over and says that one’s too expensive about 30g, the older vehicles are on the other side. I will be back for my next car. Rarely do you find a dealership with genuinely happy content employees. They took their time with not only me, but the other customers I saw come in. Staff seemed pleased to spend time answering questions and pointing out features. If the interaction resulted in a sale even better, if not, that's ok too.
